Stop the Pain of Chronic Urethritis With Cayenne Pepper and Neem Oil

By December 2, 2015 August 25th, 2018 Chronic Pain, Sexual Health

If you experience pain during sex due to chronic urethritis, you’re not alone. Painful sex is a lot more common than you think. As a woman, you know sex should be a fluid, spontaneous, and ecstatic act. An expression of love, desire, and closeness with your partner.

Chronic urethritis can cause a burning sensation during sex, interfere with natural vaginal lubrication, and make sex frustrating, fear-inducing, and depressing. Eventually, you’d rather not even try than go through all that again.

I know exactly how you feel. I’ve had chronic urethritis for over a decade, and I have tried just about EVERYTHING to get rid of it. Well, after years of experimentation, I finally found a combination that works, and I can’t wait to share it with you!

In other articles I’ve written about pain during sex, I go into detail about the possible causes of these chronic conditions. In this article, I focus solely on the simple treatment that could give you back your sex life in as little as two weeks.

How Cayenne Pepper and Neem Oil Relieve Urethritis Pain

I’ve used both of these remedies in various forms throughout the years. I’ve taken cayenne pepper and neem capsules, I’ve used a combination of coconut oil and cayenne pepper directly on my lady parts, and I’ve also used neem oil by itself with mixed results.

I don’t know what made me think of mixing cayenne and neem together, but for me, the results have been nothing short of miraculous.

Here’s how both of these remedies work to relieve pain:

Cayenne Pepper – Capsaicin (the primary ingredient in cayenne pepper) works by blocking substance P, a chemical that carries pain signals to your brain. When used consistently over time, your brain will no longer receive pain messages from your urethra, and the area will become effectively numb.

Neem Oil – Neem oil is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial that has been shown to kill Candida yeast and bacterial vaginosis, both of which can contribute to chronic urethritis. (Note: If you are trying to conceive, you should avoid neem oil as it is a natural contraceptive.)

What You Will Need:

  • Organic cayenne pepper
  • Neem oil in a small jar
  • A small container
  • Organic cotton swabs

You should also have a jar of coconut oil and a clean rag handy.

How to Do It:

Step 1

Empty your bladder and wash your hands thoroughly.

Step 2

Sprinkle a pinch of organic cayenne pepper into a small container.

Step 3

Open the jar of neem oil.

Step 4

Dip the tip of the organic cotton swab into the neem oil.

Step 5

Now, dip the tip of the swab (now covered in neem oil) very lightly into the cayenne pepper. Just enough to cover the very tip of the swab is good to start.

Step 6

Using your other hand to expose your urethral opening, carefully place the tip of the cotton swab directly onto your urethral opening and put slight pressure on the swab as though you’re attempting to insert it.*

* Never insert anything into your urethra under any circumstances. The gentle pressure should be just enough to touch the surface of your urethral opening and spread the herbal remedies throughout this delicate area.

Step 7

Hold the swab for a count of 30 to 60 seconds depending on your tolerance. You will feel a burning sensation that may cause discomfort. (In the end, it will be worth it.)

Step 8

Lie down on your back or side and distract yourself with a book, show, or game. Avoid sitting up for at least 20 minutes as this will intensify the burning sensation down there.

Any discomfort you feel should be completely gone within 15 minutes once the cayenne numbs the area and the neem eliminates harmful germs and bacteria.

If you experience intolerable pain or discomfort that does not resolve, use coconut oil and a clean towel to remove the mixture. You may have used too much cayenne pepper. Wait until the next night and try again using more neem and less cayenne.

Repeat this process each night before going to bed. In less than a week, the cayenne pepper will have reduced your ability to sense pain in that area, and each application will be less and less uncomfortable until you hardly notice a burn anymore.

Do this faithfully for two weeks in a row. (It is best to avoid sexual intercourse during these two weeks so the area has a chance to heal and become numb.) Then, repeat the technique three times a week for maintenance.

The cayenne pepper has a cumulative effect, and if you go too long without using it, the urethral pain will return, and you’ll have to start the process all over again.

That’s it. That’s my magical treatment for chronic urethritis. I know it doesn’t address what’s causing the problem. That is something to continue investigating with your doctor.

Also, please note that no suggestions in this post are to be taken as medical advice. These are experiments I’m doing that are working for me, so I’m sharing them with you. As with any type of self-medicating, there is always a risk. Proceed with caution.

The Missing Link? – Cannabis Salve for Chronic Urethritis

I noticed just as I was starting with my remedy, I had also started using The Original Herbal Salve on my lady parts.

Although the creator of this amazing salve advises against internal use of the product, it is recommended for soothing hemorrhoids, and I’ve used it on my urethra and surrounding areas with no problem.

(I also would like to note that when I use this, I’m not using the cayenne and neem remedy. I alternate days.)

I have some commission links in this post, but not on the salve. I only want to tell you about it because it’s that amazing. I highly, highly recommend it!

No matter how long you’ve been living with chronic urethritis and other “pain down there” issues, there is always hope. Don’t give up. Lasting relief may be just an herbal remedy away.
